This class is designed to help you understand where anxiety comes from, how it "shows up" in your body, and some ways to work with it and get some relief. Join us to learn tools to help you navigate life with a bit more grace and ease. 


ABOUT JENNIFER
Jennifer Raybaud, a highly driven, self-employed type A personality who needs no caffeine, became a peace loving meditator in 2015, when she participated in the Oprah and Deepak Chopra 21 Day Meditation Challenge. When the 21 days were over, the benefits that she saw in her life were so great, that she didn’t want it to end, and embarked upon a course of action that now sees her teaching corporate and private clients what she has learnt.

During the challenge, she realized that she was spending most of her life ruminating: on what once was, how she wished it to be, how she wished she had said or done something differently… or feeling anxious about the future. Through meditation, she noticed her attention span and focus were increasing, and she began to see the power of consciously choosing to live more in the Now.
